Whistleblowing Channel

To ensure the possibility of submitting anonymous reports in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Rotho Blaas provides this dedicated platform. Confidentiality and anonymity are guaranteed for the identity of the reporting party, the individuals involved and the content of the report, as well as the processing of personal data in accordance with data protection legislation.

The platform is intended for those wishing to report:

• Unlawful conduct as defined under Legislative Decree 231/01 and breaches of the company’s organisation and management models, or the principles set out in the Code of Ethics;

• Civil, criminal or administrative offences;

• Violation of European legislation in the following areas: public procurement; services, products and financial markets and prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism; product safety and compliance; transport safety; environmental protection; radiation protection and nuclear safety; food and feed safety and animal health and welfare; public health; consumer protection; privacy and personal data protection and network and information system security (Art.2, paragraph 1(a), Legislative Decree 24/2023);

• Harassment, understood as any unwanted behaviour with the purpose or effect of creating an offensive, humiliating or degrading work environment.
